Does anyone else use a rebounder?!

Had been thinking about buying one for a while and hopped on (pun intended  ) a good deal on amazon prime day.

I've been using it 10-15 minutes every morning and periodically throughout my work days and it's been great thus far through nearly 2 weeks!

I regularly exercise but was looking for something I could do immediately upon waking or when I feel brain fog or sluggishness seeping in throughout the day and need to hit the reset button.

Does anyone else have any experience using a rebounder?!

Hi McGido! Yes, I've recently started. The science connecting this with lymphatic activation is impressive. My goal is to detox and upregulate my immune system while generally become more resilient. I also feel much better on days the I can squeeze in about 15 mins. I'm still doing other cardio and strength training, but this is pretty fun... and hopefully doing something beneficial. I like to jump barefoot, but had to learn to land on my whole foot. I initially stayed on my toes and was pretty sore for a few days afterwards. Out of curiosity, are you wearing shoes?

please explain rebounder (all I can think of is starting to date too soon after a breakup - not recommended)

LOL, it's a mini-trampoline :D. I keep one in my office and try to remember to jump throughout the day. This link does a pretty good job of sharing the science.

Yes, frequently, and they work very well, even when they're not named Rhonda.

Sorry. Seriously: Looks like a very cool idea.

Thanks, Julie, for the link to the helpful article.

Have to think about the effect on my downstairs neighbor, though....

Hmm, wonder if just jumping rope (though more stressful on the system) would have the same benefits?

I'm typically going barefoot... noticed a bit of soreness but nothing too bad. I'm relatively new to the world of rebounding.. I bought a jumpsport so I have something that will hopefully last but don't have any extensive knowledge about how to use it but bouncing up and down, moving my legs and jumping jacks seem to be sufficient currently.

I bought a jump sport and I have a tenant who rents my downstairs and haven't had any complaints yet! They are very quiet!!

Funny. I was just wondering is jumping up and down got the lymphatic system moving. This might be hard to explain to students walking past my office. But I like the idea. I wondered also about pressure changes helping to loosen up the lymphatic system - like air travel, SCUBA diving, etc.
