Just finished Atomic Habits by James Clear.
If you are one of those people struggling with habit change (especially those 4's who might need to make sweeping lifestyle changes) this book has been very insightful on the mechanics of good/bad habits.
It really breaks down how we fail at habit change, the strategies we can employ to build keystone habits in our lives and strategies to break bad habits. I found the book invaluable and just bought the audio version of it as well.
I think for many of us, prevention/risk reduction comes down to the habits we employ in our daily lives. Would highly recommend this to anyone struggling with getting their habits aligned or even those who have good habits and want to take it to the next level.
If you purchase the book or audiobook, you can then get an email with a cheat sheet pdf, habit tracker pdf (the habit tracker I use is on my phone called Better Habits), bonus guide to apply atomic habits to business and bonus guide to apply atomic habits to parenting.
