Meal plans available? Weight loss normal?

OK, gang have been following Dale Bredesen's as best I can over the last few weeks. Thanks to MAC and a few other Canuks have found the very few Dr's that have any inkling of our good Dr. Bredesen. Apt set for this March....

Struggling though to put a little variety into my daily meals. I feel great - fasting about 14-16 hours and exercising at least 4-6 times a week. Although I seem full I have lost almost 15 pounds and was a little slim, to begin with. Yikes :shock:
My wife was not that impressed lol! How do I keep my weight up? Any recommendations on any books or sources with ReCode complete listing of foods I can enjoy safely (portions sizing etc) and also keep some weight on :)
