Any recommendations from fellow Canadians (or our cousins south of the border haha) where you are getting yours. Usually, the stuff I can locate in the great white north is garbage.
GoodToGo bars seem to be available at most Loblaws-owned grocery stores and Walmart in the GTA. They use an almond flour base with a soft cookie texture and a variety of flavours. My preference is the cinnamon-pecan. https://good2gosnacks.ca/

Key-To-Life bars also seem to be available at most Loblaws-owned grocery stores in the GTA. They use an almond and hemp seed base. My preference is the lemon-blueberry flavour. https://www.naturallysplendid.com/produ ... emon%20Bar

Greetings crisping and welcome to the apoe4.info site! Thank you for your recommendations pertaining to Keto Power Bars. I myself like the Bulletproof bars which you can purchase from Bulletproof or Amazon. Please feel free to peruse the Primer which is written by a physician member. Also, if time allows we would love to learn more about you so please consider sharing your journey via Our Stories.
