I found rs2070788 in my Promethease report. I pasted the string in the search window at the top and hit return. Nothing happened. I deleted the last character and the allele showed up. I'm TT. I reran my 23andme report (on my original dna sample) late last year then ran that new report through Promethease. I think that's worth doing.

Good point! Turns out I have a number of versions of both the 23andMe raw file and Promethease reports on my hard drive. Wasn't paying attention and when I first looked, I must have been using an old file.

I'm A,G for rs2070788 in my July 2019 23andme file and C,T in the associated Promethease.

Hmmm...on 23andme it says that rs2070788 only has A and G variants so that's weird about the T variant.

T is the same as A, so all's well there. :D (And C is the same as G.)

It isn't suprising since nearly three-quarters of immune traits are influenced by genes.
