Hi Adam
You have grrrreat tips in these posts.
Just few tips more - not to forget: curcumin needs to be taken with fat and black pepper for example since it's better absorbed than without these ingredients. And prefer folate (methyltetrahydrofolate- MTHF) instead of folic acid, as well as methylcobalamin (B12) instead of cyanocobalamin. These forms works much better in your body.
And CRON-O-meter is ffffantastic.

Re: Starting Suppliments
Adam,
Great questions! I see you have received a well of information here:)
I agree with everyone that is wise to check your blood or serum levels of certain vitamins and nutrients ( VitD- ask for D25(OH)D, magnesium, VitB12, iron ) before supplementing it.
Curcummin is an awesome compand. It is a potent free radical scavenger with amazing inflammation balancing properties. It is the most active ingredient found in turmeric. If you exercise a lot it may reduce those muscle aches and pains! Great supplement to have it in your medicine/ supplement cabinet.
Oh do not forget to stay hydrated with good quality water.
