Welcome Christina!
You came to the right place to get some strategies to find someone who is trained in the ReCODE program, even though this site is not directly affiliated with Dr. Bredesen's program. (ReVERSE is a program offered through AHNP:Precision Health, the company with which Dr. Bredesen is currently affiliated. My understanding is that ReVERSE includes an additional test report and some other online supports. A more complete description is available on the AHNP website: https://www.ahnphealth.com/

Here is a link to resources available in your search:
Searching for a Healthcare Practitioner from our Wiki. We also have a Wiki page on ApoE4-Aware Healthcare Practitioners, since some of our members have found doctors who, while not certified in the Bredesen protocol, are nonetheless skilled in providing guidance and support to people with ApoE 4 and/or cognitive concerns.

You may not be aware that Medicare and most private health insurance plans are not accepted by most functional medicine providers, nor do health care plans pay for the ReCODE testing and report. Some of our members have used the Primer, written by our physician member Stavia, who is also ApoE 4/4. She offers great explanations of strategies that most people can do to reduce their risk and improve their health, and recommends starting with areas of highest concern and going slowly with adding new supplements.

If you spend time on the forum, I recommend "How-To" Get the most out of the ApoE4.info website to have easy tips on searching for information, posting replies and tools.

Feel free also to share your story about how you came to look for a ReCODE practitioner and any pressing questions you have, as a new topic on Our Stories. The support and suggestions from others who have traveled similar roads to get to where you are can often be a source of hope and relief.

Best of luck in your search in San Antonio.
4/4 and still an optimist!
