I couldn't find much. If any direct connection, it doesn't look strong. Certainly inflammation caused by asbestos would aggravate conditions that lead to AD, but direct causal relationship doesn't appear likely. Then again, there's no one thing leads to AD, a number of dominos have to fall.

Occupational risk factors for Alzheimer disease: a case-control study, published Feb 1997
https://europepmc.org/article/med/9071441
"No statistically significant associations were found between any of the exposures and the occurrence of AD, either in the overall study group or in patients with a family history of AD. The findings suggest the absence of any occupational cause for AD."

Asbestos exposure and Alzheimer disease, published Feb 1986
https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF02230433
"10 cases in which an asbestos-related disease (malignant pleural mesothelioma or asbestosis) was associated with severe Alzheimer type lesions in the brain are reported. The patients, all males aged between 67 and 78 years, had been occupationally exposed to asbestos in the shipbuilding industry. The hypothesis that asbestos in a favoring factor in the genesis of Alzheimer disease is discussed."
