I would definitely be interested but kids are coming into town this weekend so the timing doesn't work for me either. Next time!

Hi Maureen! Happy to know you remember meeting me. I tend to terrible with names, but since I always have been, I don't regard that as cognitive decline in myself or anyone else! Maybe some of the Brain HQ training will improve this particular function for me.
Sorry you won't be able to make it to the first Qigong Meet-Up; maybe we'll try a different time next time. Or maybe we'll meet up at another Meet-Up.

I am ready to step out of my comfort zone and try something new and different... and community involved. Thank you.

Hello, Hello123,
You missed that chance to step out of your comfort zone, but there will be another. Hope you will be able to make it next time!

absolutely ! This time though I am going to ask about availability.
What would work best for you, Coach DD? Time frame was a few minutes at the beginning for introductions, (or if need be, to resolve tech problems) 50 min or so of Qigong, then time for anyone who feels like providing feedback, talking about the experience, or just visiting.
I’ll post the question about best times more widely next time I am on.
Time to sign off and go do today’s Qigong!
