I am interested, I am a physician, apoe4 heterozygous and committed to the cause.
I was trying to accommodate Sonoma Mike who said he wasn't available until 2:30PT otherwise I'm open to moving it up.Sorry but I can no longer do 4:30 - something got scheduled in that time slot. I also would guess that earlier would be better for our Europe-based folks?
Has anything changed on your end, Mike?August 13 works for me, except 11:30 - 2:30 PST.
Hi Entheos, welcome to the Apoe4 community and thank you for posting. I gather you have had a chance to browse through the site and have found the information useful. Julie G's call for Alzheimer's Activist appears to be happening soon with details being finalized. Keep following the thread. It's wonderful that you are able to participate and if you are interested in sharing more of yourself and thoughts with us, Our Stories is a good place for that. We also have Primer written by a physician member. It provides information on the science behind the Apoe4 allele, tips on diet and lifestyle choices, biomarkers to check and prevention strategies.Entheos wrote:I am interested, I am a physician, apoe4 heterozygous and committed to the cause.
Julie, my 8/13 is a bit in flux. Why don't you go ahead and schedule without me, and I'll try to make it whenever...Julie G wrote:Has anything changed on your end, Mike?
I'd like to participate. I have morning classes (Pacific time) but could skip one if need be. But I know nothing at all about Zoom video conferencing.Julie G wrote:The time is now!
I'm looking for allies in this quest. Let's meet for a brainstorming session via Zoom video conferencing. I have some ideas and I want to hear yours. I'm tentatively shooting for sometime in August. Let me know if you're interested and dates that you are available.
