Hi all,

At the last "Book Club Meet-up" we decided to try to meet again in January. I propose that we meet on Saturday January 23 at 3:00 pm CT (that is 30 minutes earlier than the last session). I'll send out a calendar invitation to those who attended before. let me know if anyone new would like to join us!

(We've morphed a bit from discussing the book to a supportive community discussing topics of interest to those who attend.) All are welcome!

14:54:28 From Tincup to Everyone : Julie G said asking about CGM acquisition. Ray ray@carestathealth.com sells the Abbott Freestyle Libre 14 day sensors for about $70 each and a reader/scanner for $90 (prices approximate). Think you can use an iPhone 7 or better instead of a dedicated reader. I email Ray and tell him what I want (with address & phone). He sends me a PayPal invoice to pay. After I've paid, he emails me the sensors. I met him on eBay. I’ve not chatted with him in about a year.

Thank you to everyone and apologies again for arriving late!! I've just ordered 'Breath' by James Nestor and 'Fast This Way' by Dave Asprey on the back to it. I very much look forward to the next one.

Hey there - is this Zoom discussion group still active? I would love to join in if it is.

Yes it is! We have morphed into a virtual meet-up and discuss topics of interest to the group (not just the book). We do not have our next session scheduled, but I will put you on the list. If you would like to receive a calendar invitation, please send me a private message with your email address. Otherwise, I will send you the zoom connecting info by PM closer to the time of the meeting. Watch this space for the announcement of the next date.
