Jennifer, sorry about your father, and your own and brother's genetic results. It's a club none of us want to be in.

You seem to being many great things so I wouldn't be too worried about your diet if you blood sugar is testing okay. If you poke around enough, you'll see we have no particular consensus on fat and carb amounts, and most of us tweak our diets based on our labs.

We'd love to have both your brothers join us. Please let them know they have a standing invite to participate!

Jennifer you are not hijacking at all. The whole forum is a conversation that twists and turns very organically.
Also we are all important in this conversation. We'd love to have your siblings.
I'm very pleased you found my guide useful. If there are any areas that need clarification please let me know.

A phase 2 trial in methylene blue was published earlier this year and appears encouraging.
This trial had one of the problems often encountered in AD trials where small sub-groups are drive the positive finding.
Much of the research in AD has focused on amyloid, while MB is based on tau.
We have waited almost ten years for the upcoming results, so there is considerable excitement growing.

Evidence is building that coffee can have beneficial preventative and therapeutic effects in AD.
Consider the below observational human study.
