Too hard. Too complicated.
Im taking DrBs triple therapy atm and my homocysteine is now 7, down from 11. So its not broken and Im gonna move onto mitochondria next. Even more murky and unknown and scary
Sigh..

Yay on the homocysteine reduction, Stavia!!! 7.0 is stellar. My last test was 7.8 (up from 7.5 :? ) and I added a tiny dose (144 mg) of TMG...

Good one Julie!
Dunno if 0.3 is statistically significant, there's also a margin of error in the machine.
You aiming for the 6s?

Qu'est-ce que c'est, ma soeur?

Wait - your homocyst is SEVEN?!? :-O :-D That. Is. Phenomenal!!! Splendiferous. Way not to mutate on the Mofo.

And, please, Julie. You're up .3 from 7.5? Julie. C'mon. LOL! ;)

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I just now tried to read through the posts on this subject to gain some layman's understanding of the issues. And, not for the first time, I finished without that understanding: 1)define the threat(s) to APOE4's, 2)suggest the actions we may want to consider, or not.

We all understand that in a forum such as this, there is a relatively small group who have advanced knowledge and understanding of the related subject matter, and a larger group of relatively silent folks who are reading these posts trying to catch up. I'm in that latter group, and I am so thankful for the energy and time the first group puts into their posts, but I wish there was a way to come up with a "what does this all mean to us" conclusion on the very technical posts. APOE4 for Dummies? :-)
