Thanks SusanJ, that's really helpful, and it's saved me buying another supplement. We've usually got Brazil nuts in the cupboard.

My problem with brazil nuts is they seem to go rancid so fast, even when kept in the freezer until use. I read they're supposed to be almost white and even in some of the better stores they lean in the direction of light brown before you even buy them. I finally gave them up due to this. Any solutions?
