It's ages since I did my research, so can't remember but I'd say so.

I'll have another look.

Maybe these? I vaguely remember they came out very highly in the quality reviews;

I hear from so many sources to be cautious of the quality of this kind of supplement. You folks have done some diligence on these products? Sorry to be a pain here but just trying to understand what the consensus of the group is on this topic.

Consumer labs said Nordic was ok some years ago. Gundry sais Carlsson was ok
Dunno if this is still true....anyone know?
Nordic seems to have lots of documentation re quality control but I guess they could be forging it. Anyone with a consumer labs subscription?

Carlson super DHA gems, 500 mg. I take two and eat salmon almost daily. The DHA numbers in my blood work have been fine since I started. I changed to another brand, "more highly rated", but the DHA levels dropped, so I'm back

Dr. Isaacson mentions Carlson Super DHA Gems in his book The Alzheimer's Diet, saying the benefit is the high amount of DHA per capsule for the cost. I wonder if he still thinks that way.

I use Carlson's too! Same version that NewRon suggested.

My doctor recommended Theromega by Theralogix. because it's certified by IFOS and NSF. Two capsules/day provide 1400 mg EPA/DHA in 2000 mg of fish oil. I tolerate it very well, even on an empty stomach. Did any of you see an expose a couple of years back on how fish oils become rancid in processing? Yuck!
