Re: Which Curcumin brand to buy

The study subjects were given 90 mg Theracurmin 2x/day. I'm looking on Amazon at Integrative Therapeutics Theracurmin HP, which if I'm reading the bottle correctly, provides the same dosage. Can anyone confirm?

Does anyone have a gauge or has tried the Terry Natural brand of Curcumin? it's a higher dose than the Natural Factors brand I was taking. I know this is a complicated supplement to decipher because of absorption but thought I'd ask. Thanks.
