Looking for advice on what Ketoflex 12/3 foods we can pack in our bags for a 14 day trip to a remote area where we won't have access to consistent "normal" foods.....
Our normal foods are pastured eggs + organic vegetables, then more organic vegetables + wild salmon or other pastured protein.
We're limited by weight, but can order anything online - so would be stoked to get some ideas from you all. We should have good access to fresh seafood and fish.
Right now I've got MCT oil capsules, nuts, and dark chocolate on the packing list.
Never done any powdered greens, are they worth it?
