why even bother to look at genetic info surely you must know from some past tests if one is the rare bird..

I''m outa this group for a head break and will peak and post occasionally as it is getting all over the map before meaningful stuff is posted.

I've done my test on V1 ($1000! - early adoptor), V2, & V3 - and none of them reported on this snp.....

Sandraz, if you know the number of the snp you want to see, its very easy to type search for it in your raw data through a very simple drop down option in 23andme. I only did 23andme a couple of months ago and its all available.

Stavia- Yes, absolutely. I find SNPTips easier, though. Hm... this should be in the wiki in a "Resource" section. By golly, now it is! :D (Someone else can add info about using 23andMe tools.)
