So the Linus Pauling method is high dose of L-lysine and high dose of vitamin C. High dose being 4 grams each every day for 3 months out of the year (that's what I was prescribes, it varies by practioner but all within same range). If you have time look it up, great stuff. Pauling was a pioneer in Cardio work. Anyway his theory, and a very proven one at that, is that doing this annually actually clears out built up plaque in your arteries naturally. As I mentioned before the l-lysine is also a natural fighter of the herpes virus. So it's a win win for us.

Has anyone else ever heard if this? I'm intrigued...
