Coconut milk?

Post by bexnews »

What is the latest thinking on coconut milk a la Thai-Kitchen, Aroy-D, Native Forest etc.? I know Gundry was neutral-to-negative on coconut oil last I saw, with MCT being a inconclusive. I thought Gundry had given a pass to coconut milk. Do other resources have any stated opinion?

I believe the only way to find out is to experiment and see how it feels.

If you are going to consume canned coconut milk, you might want to consider buying Native Forest because they use BPA-free cans. Although Thai Kitchen is widely available, its cans are NOT BPA-free. Here's a page with brands and products in BPA-free cans.
