Good anti-aging overview

We know that aging (aside from carriage of ApoE4) is the greatest risk factor for Alzheimer’s. This article provides a nice overview of the longevity pathways in humans and how to activate the body’s anti-aging processes. Our ultimate goal, of course, is to find balance between increased life-extension mechanisms and growth processes to stay strong, prevent frailty and increase HEALTHspan. The "master class" looks interesting.
