Dear TeaAndGlasses,

Welcome, it's great to have you with us!
It would be great to know a little bit more about you, why not introduce yourself on Our Stories forum when/if you get the chance?
Just to steer you in the right direction, the How-to Wiki page will give you tips on how to use the website. One of the most useful ones is using the quote function on the top right hand side of a comment when replying: it lets that person know that they have a response to their message.
The other fantastic resource on the website is the Primer, which was authored by one of our physicians and is jam packed full of easily understandable science and practical prevention measures.
If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to ask!
Warm regards
Flo
