ReCODE Biomarker Spreadsheet Question

Post by circular »

In the Wiki discussion of Dr. Bredesen's ReCODE protocol, under Resources, there is a link to a nicely formatted spreadsheet to records results from tests of the relevant biomarkers (lab tests, genetics and so on). It is set up for a one-time entry of results. Has anyone used this and inserted columns so they can track values over time in one sheet? I'm wondering if you can just copy the "test date" and "test result" columns and paste them into inserted empty columns to the right and everything will play nice? Or do others using this spreadsheet just create a new sheet for every new testing date? It appears that this method may work. I'm just curious whether others have done this successfully.
