Another dinner. Salad with base of baby spinach. Red cabbage. Red onions. Avocado. Steamed asparagus and beans and courgette. Capsicum. Hubby is having haloumi and Im having squid rings. I'll drizzle little EVOO.

typical breakfast on a Saturday. Black pudding, bacon, onions, eggs.

Welcomeaboard - not that I'm aware of. The black pudding is British, I believe, but I'm not sure which country within the UK it originates from. All I know is that it's delicious and made with pig's blood and other 'stuff'. Tastes like a soft, salty sausage. The rest is just things I currently like to eat and had photos of.

Looks yummy, Spittinchips Thanks for sharing. Describe your dietary approach. Looks like you are pretty low carb...no concerns with SFA? Out of curiosity, have you done any advanced lipid testing?
