What did you use to take the photo of your meal? The colors and textures are so perfect you almost have me gnawing on the computer screen. I need to buy a new phone and wonder if you used a phone to take it?
Starfish
This is from an iPhone 6, usually through a dusty lens in suboptimal lighting. I used to be pretty deep into photography, but haven't had the time lately or the equipment to do it right. I usually hit it with LAB color and pull in the A/B curves and maybe add a slight unsharpen mask in Photoshop to get the colors popping (then dial it back so it's not too obnoxiously neon.) The trick is not overdoing it.

Thanks for the recommendation these look amazing, will definitely have to try.

Are you in Texas? We are trying to get a regional list of members for a possible get together at some point.

Thanks, making another one and bought some fresh cilantro to add to it. We love our cilantro here in Texas.
