Glen Campbell's last song

Postby Julie G » Tue Oct 14, 2014 1:04 pm

I've never been a huge fan, but this one really got me. Grab your Kleenex before you listen and watch the video. We.must.stop.this.devestating.disease. My 51 year old cousin, Billy, was DXed yesterday.

51? That shouldn't even be possible. I am so so sorry. I actually saw a clip on Glenn Campbell a week or so ago and thought it was very sad.

Thank you all for your kind words. I've not been in touch with Billy since I was 12 y/o- geographical distance. He's my 2nd cousin. My Grandmother's youngest brother's son. From what I can glean, he may be a 4/4. This is NOT early onset. I'm working on getting him on board with the Buck Institute intervention. He was the cutest little boy- all scrappy, wiry, chestnut hair, freckles; a Tom Sawyer type. I pray he'll comply and find relief.
