I'm happy you are enjoying the podcast series with Tom Dayspring, and that you enjoy the biochem and physiology aspects. I can not comment on them directly, as I haven't watched them yet, but as a "science nerd" myself the more we can learn about how our bodies work the more we can do to help ourselves heal and maintain resiliency.
