Thanks Apod. I agree, at the one to two egg level its a good choice. I sometimes add a couple extra whites if I'm low on protein.
I also either soft scramble or 4 min boil.

I like to just break an egg into hot vegetable soup. Sometimes I stir it and sometimes I don't. It sort of soft cooks.
