I asked whether you had a reference for that, or why you believe it. It'd be great to get your reasoning on this, since the studies looking at high-MUFA foods that I've seen show either no effect, or, more often, a positive effect. It might not be the MUFA, but still, who consumes pure MUFA? It's always part of a food with other components.
