Guilty. I just bought some cheapo Vitamin D-3 from Target; not an herbal...but the color was FUNKY- orangish, not golden. They are going to the trash. Lesson learned.

I would advise against any of the store brands, for supplements, medicine, food items. The people I know who are involved in that supply chain are not ones you want controlling what goes into your mouth.

I saw that, too. YIKES. Oh, hell, NAW. I research and research and then research some more, ensuing that I'm buying the highest quality supplements; only to promptly forget exactly why I'm taking this or that one. lol Naw, it's not that bad.
