Paper Access Help: Assoc of ApoC3 Loss-of-Function Mutations w/ Plasma Lipids & Subclinical Athero.

Does anyone have access to this publication?

I'm very curious about the question that is asked in the summary: "1) do these mutations also associate with lower plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)"

It looks like that issue is not yet in PubMed, so I can't use my usual access point. Sorry. If nobody else can get it now, bump up this topic in a few weeks or PM me.

Richard,

Thanks so much for the reply.

I contacted the lead researcher / author. He is hoping to post it on his lab's website. He offered to contact me when he does.

Hey Chris, I found this fairly recent ApoC3 paper (full-text) by the same team. Per the data reported, it looks like this mutation DOES lead to reduced LDL-C.
