Hello, i have been concerned about cognitive decline for a couple of months now, and went back to 23andme and they seem to have a new Alzheiners report which shows me at slightly grater risk.
In terms of e3/e4 etc i cant seem to inrepret my data
The 2 heterozygous snps i have are :

Hi Alrklein;
23&me gives its clients raw data, which needs to be converted into easier to interpret results. This can be done with a variety of tools such as Promethease. You can find out more about Promethease by doing a search (magnifying glass in tool bar right upper corner of website) on "promethease", but you'll ultimately need to go to their website to get the job done.
Good luck, and welcome!
