Contradictory info. re. prevention of AD

Post by Nikki2019 »

Hi,

I have just started the reading and research and have come across some contradictory prevention measures. Many of you have mentioned mini fasting and a keto diet and it has also come up in a couple of books. However, the book by Elwood Cohen, M.D. speaks of hypoglycemia of a risk factor and diabetes of the opposite! Cohen also suggests of nicotine as preventative! Go figure?
As E4 s, we are inherent fighters and don't give up so easily.

Hypoglycemia is mostly a concern if you are diabetic and taking blood sugar reducing meds.
