Ibuprofen and not aspirin to prevent AD
Ibuprofen and not aspirin to prevent AD
Interesting that I have come across in reading books that Ibuprofen reduces inflammation to prevent AD but not aspirin? The trade off is potential stomach bleeding and maybe kidney issues. Is anyone doing this?

read “the plant paradox” by Dr. Steven Gundry this should help you with this question. Even the brief in his cookbook “the plant paradox cookbook” was good.

Beware NSAIDs and kidney disease. Use with caution.

Not just kidney disease. Supposedly it harms the heart's mitochondria.

I just take ibuprofen for joint pains & osteoarthritis symptoms, probably 4-5 doses per week of 600-800 mg each. I also take it with food and plenty of liquids. I've been doing it for over a decadeNikki2019 wrote:Interesting that I have come across in reading books that Ibuprofen reduces inflammation to prevent AD but not aspirin?
