Is there a ApoE4 friendly podcast?

Post by Greenmachine »

I've done all the books, but I can't sit in front of a screen for the time it takes to state up to date on the latest treatments and lifestyle changes. If there is a podcast or a newsletter I can have my browser read it. There is so much more out there to know that the mainstream media is ignoring. How do I keep in touch ?

If you are looking for some basic information (not necessarily cutting edge research), Dr. Nate Bergman has a podcast called Evolving Past Alzheimers.
