Mercury as cause of Alzheimer's

Post by shadrach9 »

Right now (March 10) at http://www.mercola.com the lead article is about how mercury can cause amyloid plaque in the brain and how Emeramide, which is a natural source chelate can remove it from your body.

Welcome, shadrach9!

Thanks for alerting folks to Dr. Mercola's work, which has been a popular topic among some users since way back in 2014 with a posting from Julie G, who had just started this forum with a group of adventurous folks committed to researching answers to how to understand and counter the effects of ApoE 4. Below is a link a listing of just the topic heading related to Dr. Mercola, which may also be of interest to you:

Dr. Mercola We often find that users "re-surface" a favorite topic by searching (the magnifying glass icon in the upper right by your user name) and then adding a new post of updated resources.

And as a new user, here's a link to a helpful guide on searching for posts, subscribing to forum categories or posts of interest, quoting members so they are notified by email of your reply, and other how-to's: "How-To" Get the most out of the ApoE4.info website

We hope you will share what you have learned works for you, and if you have a particular concern for mercury yourself. Our Welcome page has an overview of our site, and useful links to topics news users often ask about. Welcome to a group that is always excited about new members and new information!
4/4 and still an optimist!

Hi shadrach9,
Thanks so much for your contribution, we are all supporting each other here and it is wonderful to have some new input. We would love to hear more about your story and how you ended up here with us. Thanks again for sharing. If you wanted any more information the Wiki has pretty much everything you can think of but if it is a bit overwhelming here is the primer link that gives a really good overview of topics. We look forward to hearing from you again.

Another welcome to you shadrach9. Mercury is one of the many possible causes of cognitive decline that Dr Bredesen recommends evaluating. You can find prior discussions here on the ApoE4 website about mercury by using our search function; magnifying glass in toolbar right upper corner. You'll get less hits (and less information!) by narrowing the search through selecting only topic names that include the word "mercury."
