I love this website and want to contribute info about an excellent newsletter. Here's the URL:
https://www.verywellfit.com/search?q=gluten-free
You should find several pages of links to articles on every possible item that does or might contain gluten. It hides in pickles, in catsup, in salsa, etc. -- items you normally wouldn't think to check.
I get the email newsletter about once a week. It is a valuable tool.
Cheers, Berri

Hi, everyone,
Today my gf newsletter has a great article about starting the gf life -- seven mistakes a lot of people make in the beginning.

Thanks for sharing, Berri! My daughter does not need to follow a gluten-free diet, but has a severe shellfish allergy, so has to follow the "be assertive in restaurants" rule to avoid cross-contamination. Luckily, restaurants are realizing it's in their interest to learn what their customers want to eat!!Berri wrote:Hi, everyone,
