Now if my Trig/HDL ratio wasn't so high (since the fast, only), I'd break out the (natural) champagne;
My LDL's are the highest ever when sampled at the end of an extended fast.
The data for what is good & bad, etc. are not derived from studies of people doing what you are. I would not worry too my about the numbers. For example, my LDL is high for me when I water fast. However the data on people who are calorie restricted - for example during war - show a significant decrease in heart disease.
