We've had a few requests to meet earlier on Tuesday, August 13. Please let me know if moving the meeting up by several hours would work?
I'd like to participate. I have morning classes (Pacific time) but could skip one if need be. But I know nothing at all about Zoom video conferencing.
Zoom videoconferencing is quite easy. I'll provide a link that you'll simply plug into your browser and then follow the prompts. You can chose to join by audio only (for anonymity) or by audio & video. Once we agree upon a time, I'll pass along the link well in advance so all can give it a try ahead of time. I'll help you work out any kinks.

Thank you for the innovative name suggestions. After reading this excellent article in Parade Magazine, outlining others working in this arena, I want to add two more to the mix: Mind Span, Brain Builder & Brain First. Share YOUR ideas!

Earlier will work for me. The original time actually doesn’t work for me anymore. My medical procedure took a lot more out of me than anticipated and I had to reschedule my physical therapy. Rescheduled appointment now overlaps our activists meeting. But I figured I’d have hubby take notes for me. I’m just one input, do what you must.

I love Mind Span too, except we are talking about the health of the whole organ, no? Not just the "mind" aspect of it? Made me think of Peak Brain. But woops there is already an institute by that name, it seems: http://peakbraininstitute.com/.

We need a slogan like this one, which STILL immediately comes to my mind (I believe it was coined in 1977!):

Or one like "Happy wife, happy life". Maybe, "Healthy brain, happy life?" "Healthy brain, fulfilled life?"

Sorry for the multiple posts.

I'm new here...I'd be interested to help spread the word. I'm not sure if this Zoom meeting took place yet or not. Thanks for organizing.
