Others may jump in with opinions on this question, but here's a link to some info I found when another member worried about her "grade" on a self-decode report.

I think you can gain useful information from a lot of sources, as long as you remember that often the studies they link to for risk analysis (or protective factors) would be considered too small to have true clinical (as opposed to statistical) significance. Hope life in Switzerland is lovely in autumn.
