Does anyone have thoughts on this for us apoe4 people? Also sorry if my questions are repeat questions, I try to search but my forum operation/rules knowledge is limited.

You can use the search function to see prior conversations about phosphatidylserine. Click on the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner tool bar. You may not get an answer to your specific question, but will most likely learn a lot from the search!

There is a wiki chapter to help navigate through the website, which may answer other website operation questions that you have.

As well as one on serine

There is quite a bit on l-serine.
