Yes, if only correlation and causation were the same!

Marc, without a well studied MOA, I have a hypothesis that alcohol consumption causes a dose-dependent impact on sleep; lots of N=1s report poor sleep, including objective metrics from devices like Oura. And we have good evidence for the role of sleep in AD.

I would love to see alcohol studies investigate how it disrupts sleep.
