The sixth intervention to reverse mild Alzheimer's in the Bredesen Protocol is:

Goal: Brain stimulation
Approach: Posit or related

Computational training for 45 minutes to one hour per day, 5 days a week, has been shown to improve mild cognitive impairment. This training is readily available from Posit Science, a San Francisco company founded by Prof. Micheal Merzenich, a superb scientist who is a member of the National Academy of Sciences. There are other groups, like Lumosity, doing similar brain training.
