The seventh intervention to reverse mild Alzheimer's in the Bredesen Protocol is:

Goal: Homocysteine < 6 (earlier version of the protocol was < 7)
Approach: Me-B12, MTHF, P5P; TMG if necessary

Homocysteine levels in the blood higher than 6 are associated with more rapid loss of brain tissue with aging. Take vitamins B6 (20mg as pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P)), B12 (1mg as methylcobalamin (Me-B12)), and folate (0.8mg as methyl-tetrahydrofolate (MTHF)). Re-check homocysteine in 3 months, and if it's still high, trimethylglycine (TMG) can be added at 500mg.

Holotranscobalamin

The next intervention is Serum B12 greater than 500.
