Welcome

Our site, apoe4.info, got going via a group that met via 23andMe's Alzheimer's discussion forums. My own interest in having the new website was mostly to be able to have this wiki, but I find I'm enjoying the forums as well!

My hopes

My biggest hopes for addressing APOE-ε4 pathology are small molecule correctors and -- getting even closer to the root of the problem -- genome engineering. On the latter, see:
