- Approach: Citicoline, DHA
Citicoline may be a safe and effective treatment for mild vascular cognitive impairment. Citicoline (Cognizin) 500 or 1000mg (alternatively, one can substitute alpha-GPC 500mg).
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid, 300-1000mg) is an omega-3 fatty acid that is a primary structural component of the brain.
