Re: Is hair dye bad for us?
It is trendy here to have silver hair, but I use henna (only got a few greys) in a bar from Lush, it is really nice and makes my hair
very soft! I can't tolerate normal hair dyes they bring me out in a rash and are painful.

Hi, I use the Michael Mosely books for the diet mentioned above (well quite loosely but you can use the ideas etc as you like e.g. intermittent fasting etc.) he has a new book out called Fast 800. On similar subject, (damage / loss of blood vessels) this reminded me of a new study which just came out about diagnosing using eye scans. I will find a link. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/03/190311090958.htm "New research from Duke Eye Center suggests loss of blood vessels in the ...

Re: Hormone Replacement Therapy E4 Women
On the BMJ article it is useful to read the comments by experts on it, for example here... "There are different types of HRT. This study did not differentiate between oral or transdermal oestrogen nor did women take micronised progesterone8. Transdermal oestrogen and micronised progesterone are...

Re: Hormone Replacement Therapy E4 Women
Hi Slacker, thanks- hope you are doing OK. I'm not quite sure what to think. I guess I was a bit disappointed it didn't seem to show more of a protective effect, and wanted to share it to get sone perspective on it. I wondered about they type of HRT they were using and if it was the same as the equi...
