Re: aspirin and curcumin and fish oil?
Aloha Julie and others I was going to stay out of this thread , but since you might have missed it, Slacker is taking 5 grams, she is not recommending, just stating. Tin is taking and I stand corrected over 6 grams, "recommended" by his doctor. Now George is meticulous with his doses and d...

Re: FOXO3 Gene
Alysson I will post more this weekend about the diet and why they eat, what they eat. As for only real test for calcification, yes an angiogram is the only definitive test. When you look right into the artery you can tell what's going on. If Gundry is too expensive or busy, you will have to find a c...

Re: aspirin and curcumin and fish oil?
Great clarifications all. My concern is recommending over 5 grams of fish oil. Wow. Also if you took 5 grams of fish oil and 12 tablespoons of EVOO, let's just say my mind is blown. Actually speechless. Then adding aspirin. I will check out of this thread because I do not want to have my negative vi...

Re: aspirin and curcumin and fish oil?
Depends on which research article you pull up. Honestly it's that vague. Stavia any females in your family have a stroke? If yes I would not go above 1500. If no strokes, knock yourself out, go big.. But I would not go above 3000 if it were me. I take a gram, some days 1400. Sandy takes about 1400, ...

Re: Experiences with FMD/multi-day fasts
Aloha Tincup Your explanations and awareness of arrhythmias makes me feel better. Still be careful George because when it converts with such a low blood sugar; I have seen a few bad outcomes. Usually more serious than afib though. Problems really snowball quickly with a few of the other bad rhythms....

Re: AWAKENING FROM ALZHEIMER'S - THE AWAKENING BEGINS.
Again great report Stavia Funny two things stick out, which tells me I am not overly impressed. He makes no money from the Juice..hmmmm Second is, not sure how much BDNF is released during isometric excercise. I would like to see his references on that. All exercise releases some; not many release a...

Re: FOXO3 Gene
Alysson I agree altitude was not your friend. You have a G, but more importantly you constantly look for ways to improve your health, that is awesome. However, funny thing about the study, the Okinawaians, don't worry as much as we do. Even in Hawaii, which was part of the study, they just worry les...

Circ............do you know how I figured out your my East Coast sister? Because we are the only ones who call (or use references like) ; we are losers. Lololhaha. As for an answer, caffeine changes / interfers with cortisol, which can change other hormones. I will not get to sciency here. Cortisol ...

Re: Experiences with FMD/multi-day fasts
Tin impressive stuff, especially bone mass. Two things of note. Please be very careful about exercising to failure with a blood glucose of 31. Even with high ketones at the end of a fast. I am sure Gundry would not approve of that. In fact I would be shocked if he did. Do you know of Lyle McDonald? ...
