Also my body fat is in the ideal area for my age according to the chart so it ...

Re: Calcium supplements and dementia

Re: Nutritional and exercise plan based on a person's individual genetic apo e genotype
Well it is a free book preview. I have seen the research it is based on and I would say as I also heard it from another knowledgeable person about this that it is essentially correct. It also conforms closely to some recommendations that were included with the former HDLabs advanced lipid tests and ...

Re: GenePoole0304 Labs
Gene, I'm very interested in the possibility of phytosterols harming us, but the references do not seem to have clickable links. Before I replied to Juliegee I tested it myself and the links are blue numbered and work fine in Firefox which I use and bring up the studies. https://authoritynutrition....

We have Philips sonicare and the wife just bought the Crest at the pharmacy so I will try it.
My plaque is so bad I use a dental scraper to pick off the plaque from my front teeth and get them cleaned twice at the dentist at high cost.

Re: GenePoole0304 Labs
Wow, lots of info… It looks like you copied and pasted several links here. Please provide the original links so that members can look into the references to assess validity. Plant sterols do not belong in the body and hyper-absorption is not normal. Gene, do you have a reference for this claim? I f...

Re: GenePoole0304 Labs
Oh, ok! Thank you for he clarification. Wow, that is important to know. It's really scary that something is being presented to consumers as being helpful in protecting against heart disease when it's actually doing the opposite. I wonder if the companies that make/sell it realize this. It is added ...
