Re: My Father is 4/4
Gilgamesh, I'm impressed with the caring and thoughtful way you presented the information to your family by giving them time to think if they wanted to know the information first. It is very kind of you to keep your identity concealed as long as there are any family members that would not want the i...

Re: Slonoslon's intro
Slonoslon I'm all the more impressed now that we know you still live in Russia. Your English is so good, I assumed you were born in Russia but lived in the US. The area the Russian part of my family comes from is now Belarus. The city is in the Minsk area. I think the area might have been part of Po...

Re: Slonoslon's intro

You have a chance to do even more. You have found a group where you can get the benefit of many people's experience an...

MarkES
Thanks for suggesting Cronometer. That seems like a great idea and I will do it. I'm going to try to include more fish and exercise. More fish is no problem. Exercise is my weakest area. I'm going to make a real effort to improve.

Re: Starfish77 NMR results
MarkES,
Thank you so much for your explanation and analysis. You are doing such a great service to us all with this NMR comparison. I'm going to try to work on getting my HDL up without raising my LDL too much.

Re: Starfish77 NMR results
Julie, Yes 129 is my small LDL-P. Thank you for calculating my TC/H and TG/H. What are they and how did you calculate them. I did use the $75 test from MDlabtests it is listed as the NMR test for $69 with a processing fee of $6 in case someone is looking for it by the dollar amount. I had never used...
